Mr. Algan is involved in all aspects of accounting, auditing, acquisition reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and management advisory services for a variety of clients with an emphasis on those in the real estate and construction industry.

He has extensive experience working with real estate clients who are involved in investments, development, ownership, operation and management of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, residential rental properties and condominiums. Many of his clients’ projects are built from the ground up and require intensive reviews of construction and ancillary costs. He assists his clients in many aspects of their businesses, including the analysis of purchase, sale and financing transactions, cash flow projections, and present value analyses. Mr. Algan conducts due diligence activities including comparisons of current rent rolls and tenants leases with DHCR rent registrations, evaluation of operating expenses and capital expenses and preparation of financial projections. He prepares sensitivity analysis for financing alternatives and manages maintenance and capital improvement activities for clients. He consults on compliance, accounting and tax issues that impact the real estate industry.
